Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between bonded and general storage?
In bonded storage (a customs warehouse) goods that have not been released for free circulation are kept under customs supervision without paying duties. In general storage, duty-paid domestic goods are stored and no customs procedure is involved.
Do you offer short-term storage?
Yes, we quote for both short and long-term storage. Share the period and volume and we will propose a suitable plan.
How is stored cargo insured?
Insurance cover and liability limits are defined in the storage contract. We recommend separate cargo insurance for your goods; we clarify this together at the quote stage.
Can I visit the warehouse?
Yes. You can visit by appointment; call us or message us on WhatsApp.
